1, the service life of ultraviolet lamp is based on the attenuation of ultraviolet lamp. There are two standard usage times in the world. The power density of the low power density lamp tube is 40-80W/cm, and its service life is longer than 1000 hours. The power density of the high power density ultraviolet lamp tube is more than 80W/cm, and its service life is 600-800 hours.

2, the use and maintenance of ultraviolet lamp:

(1) The ultraviolet lamp must be matched with ballast, leakage inductance transformer and capacitor.

(2) It must be installed according to the wiring diagram provided by the manufacturer.

(3) The light box where the lamp tube is installed must be equipped with a good air cooling system to ensure the heat dissipation of the lamp tube and prevent the substrate from being deformed by heat.

(4) Before putting the tube on the machine, be sure to wipe off the handprints and oil stains on the outer wall of the tube with gauze, otherwise the tube will crystallize after ignition. If the volatile solvent content of UV curing material is high or the working environment is polluted by dust, please wipe the test tube with alcohol every other week to ensure that the test tube will not crystallize prematurely.

5] During the whole use process, the contact point between the lamp cap and the lamp should be kept in good contact, otherwise the lamp cap will be seriously oxidized and the sealed part of the lamp tube will burst.

[6] The ultraviolet lamp must be cooled before it can be started. When starting again, you need to wait until the UV lamp is completely cooled before starting. The more frequent the switch, the shorter the lamp life.

First, it is forbidden to overload lamps and transformers to avoid lamp explosion or transformer burning accident. The fluctuation of power supply voltage should not be too large. If it suddenly drops by more than 5%, it may cause self-extinguishing.

Being transformer must have good natural ventilation conditions, so as to dissipate heat.
