Are these foreign words?

Now most foreign things are foreign words, but China's name is pronounced with Japanese pronunciation of Chinese characters. For example, "ぉぅょぅめぃ" can be pronounced as "Wang Xiaoming", which is the Japanese pronunciation of Wang Xiaoming, and can also be pronounced as "ァショョ". Country names, except China and South Korea, are spelled with katakana, which is homophonic. But not all homophones are foreign words. At present, Japanese characters have pinyin reading and training reading. Zhuyin reading is based on the original pronunciation of Chinese characters, and training reading is a Japanese reading method. Pronunciation is divided into Tang Yin, Wu Yu and Song Yu. Tangyin is the pronunciation that spread from Chang 'an to Japan in Tang Dynasty, Wu Yu is the pronunciation that spread from the southeast coast to Japan, and Song Yu is the Chinese character that spread from Bianjing to Japan in Song Dynasty. The pronunciation of these words is not exactly the same as that of modern Chinese, but they are also phonetic.
