Is Jiangqiao Xupu Airport navigable now?

As of March, 2023 10, Xupu Jiangqiao Airport has not been opened to traffic and is under construction.

Xupu Jiangqiao Airport Reconstruction Project started in August 2022. It is expected that the preliminary work will be completed before 2025 and the construction will officially start. Therefore, before March 8, 2023, the airport may not be navigable.
