However, it is difficult to ensure that every cylinder filling is within the verification period. In addition, it is difficult to replicate the model of large-scale safety inspection organized by pipeline gas enterprises. Therefore, the operating conditions of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders are mixed, which has great fire risk. Bottled gas has the characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction. When overfilling occurs, the temperature only needs to be increased by 3 ~ 4℃, and the pressure in the cylinder will exceed the explosion pressure, causing the cylinder to explode and causing a vicious accident. If the bottles and cans are not used, the angle valve, bottle body and other parts may be damaged, which may easily lead to explosion. The cylinder is seriously corroded or subjected to external force, which may cause damage and explosion of the cylinder.
