Round tube riding blanking method

The blanking method of this mode is as follows:

1. Determine the saddle mouth size according to the diameter of the circular tube and mark it on the tube. Next, prepare a saddle mouth blanking template, which can be iron plate or kraft paper and fixed above the circular tube.

2. Fix the round tube on the workbench, and cut the tube longitudinally with an electric cutter or locksmith saw, and the cutting depth should be controlled well. Next, use a screwdriver or other tools to fix the saddle mouth blanking template above the circular tube, and align the template with the circular tube. Then, use an electric cutter or other tools to cut the material along the inner edge of the template.

3. Check whether the circular tube is deformed or warped before blanking; Control the blanking depth when blanking; Select the appropriate drill bit and blanking tool.
