According to the news from the Development and Construction Management Committee of Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, as of February 25th, 2023, the Zhengyang relocation team of the Natural Resources Bureau has not received any approval form for the demolition project of Xujiazhai Village issued by the management committee.

Qin and Han New Town is located in the geometric center of Xixian New Area, which is the core area of five functional groups in Xixian New Area. The planned total area is 302 square kilometers, including 50 square kilometers of construction land and 104 square kilometers of site protection area.
