Matters needing attention in wooden door measurement

Before installing the wooden door, the surveyor should measure the door opening so as to make a suitable wooden door, but some side factors should be considered when measuring the door opening, otherwise there will be a lot of trouble when installing the door.

The finished wooden door requires the size of the door opening to be as accurate as possible. In order to reduce the ordering cost of consumers, regular brands will classify the width, height and wall thickness of the hole into the standard combination size, so they need to cooperate with the construction site. Please note the following points:

It is required that the wall surface of the door opening is vertical without inclination, and the thickness of the left and right wall stacks is consistent, and it is on a vertical end surface, otherwise the whole door may be improperly installed or there may be cracks between the sleeve line and the wall surface, and the size is uneven.

The surveyor will put forward corresponding rectification requirements according to the hole size measured on site, and ask the customer to confirm that the product is produced and installed according to the hole size, so that the customer can carry out rectification construction by the construction team.

Different series of doors have different structural dimensions, so it is necessary to pay attention to the boundary position of different materials (floor to floor, floor to masonry layered position) during ground construction. If there is a height difference between the hall and the kitchen and bathroom floor, the floor size should be determined with the surveyor during measurement and marked on the measurement sheet to prevent mistakes during installation. Otherwise, the height of the door may change or the crack of the door may be too large.

If the size of the door opening changes after the customer or the designated agent signs the measurement sheet and the sales contract, they should immediately contact the sales staff for re-measurement, and the surveyor will not accept the customer's notice. If the change request is passed, the customer needs to sign for confirmation. However, when the product enters the actual production and is accurately measured and needs to be reworked due to dimensional changes, the customer will bear the cost of rework.

8. Ordinary wooden doors are finished doors. After the paint is made, it cannot be modified at the installation site due to the change of the site. After installation, if there is a gap between the set of plates and the wall, the site construction team needs to deal with the wall. If gluing is needed, it is not within the installation scope of the finished door.
