Ovulation bleeding

During the first ovulation period after operation, there may be a small amount of bleeding ten days after operation because the endocrine has not completely returned to normal and the hormone level is unstable, but the B-ultrasound examination should be normal. If you have been bleeding for a month, it's probably not the problem.

Infection or inflammation

If there is postoperative infection, inflammation can also lead to irregular bleeding, but it should be accompanied by lower abdominal pain, fever, leukocytosis and so on. Do you have these symptoms?

Poor recovery

Excluding the above three situations, it may be due to fatigue, cold, mental factors, postoperative sexual life and other reasons caused by poor uterine recovery.

Blood test HCG

It is best to do a blood HCG test to see if the level of pregnancy-related hormones drops to normal. If it is still very high, it is necessary to further rule out the possibility of incomplete abortion or trophoblastic disease, so don't be careless.
