Ruixiang community. Yanfen Village is within the scope of village demolition in Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone. Beijing-Hangzhou Office started the demolition of Yanfen Village on 20 16, and decided to relocate the residents of Yanfen Village to Ruixiang Community, a newly-built resettlement community. Zhengzhou, called Shangdu in ancient times, is the capital of Henan Province, a megacity and the core city of Central Plains urban agglomeration.
