Is Yingtianmen site true?
Yingtianmen site is real. Yingtianmen was founded in the first year of the great cause of the Sui Dynasty, which was the first site of Gongmenque excavated in the Sui and Tang Dynasties and the south gate of Luoyang Miyagi City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Despite thousands of years of wind and rain, the huge rammed earth abutments on the east and west sides of yingtianmen are well preserved, still 4 meters high. Since 1980s, Cheng Tang Team and Luoyang Cultural Relics Team of Luoyang Institute of Archaeology, China Academy of Social Sciences have carried out many large-scale archaeological excavations, and found out the basic shape and layout of yingtianmen. Yingtianmen is one of the most representative buildings in Luoyang City in Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is the south gate of the whole Miyagi, and forms the north-south axis of Luoyang City in Sui and Tang Dynasties with the main entrance of Imperial City and Dingding Gate in Guo Cheng in the south and Tang Ming, Xuanwu Gate and Longguang Gate in the north. It is a landmark building on the central axis of Luoyang city in Sui and Tang Dynasties.
