In 2023, Dongfang Group carried out major asset restructuring, mainly acquiring 92% equity of Whelan Investment Co., Ltd. from Dongfang Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as Dongfang Group Co., Ltd.). The purpose of this reorganization is to divest the real estate business, make modern agriculture bigger and stronger, and transform into the energy field.

This reorganization has enabled Dongfang Group to indirectly hold 30.55% equity of United Energy Group, and the investment scope has been further expanded.
