Brief introduction of Shenzhen Bay Park

Shenzhen Bay Park is the waterfront leisure belt landscape of Shenzhen Bay community. The preliminary master plan was completed by Shenzhen Branch of China Urban Planning and Design Institute in cooperation with Lin Yuan SWA Group, and the project planning and design was jointly completed by Shenzhen North Landscape and Architectural Planning and Design Institute. This project has won the Excellent Design Award of the 9th Landscape Architecture Award selected by the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) and the first prize of the 20 13 National Excellent Urban and Rural Planning and Design Award (Shenzhen). After eight years of planning, design and construction, Shenzhen Bay Park not only provides citizens and tourists with a multi-functional area for leisure, fitness, sightseeing and natural experience, but also becomes a symbol to show the charm and image of Shenzhen's modern coastal city. Shenzhen Bay Park is very suitable for walking and cycling. The coastal bicycle belt is13km long, but motor vehicles are prohibited in the park.
