Someone once said, "Singing is singing breath, singing * * *". It can be seen that singing plays a very important role in singing. If you can't sing with your head cavity, it's hard to sing high notes well and it's hard to sing softly.

It is difficult for everyone to open the head cavity, because the entrance and passage of each singing area are blocked by adhesion. It is too weak to practice by "climbing" the piano to clear the entrance and passage. Some people rely on "climbing" the piano, which looks like high notes. However, because there is no head cavity, the throat has not fallen, and they are all singing with their voices hanging, so their voices are not good.

The teacher often teaches us to hum songs. The teacher's buzz is very loud. When it was our turn to hum, the hum was very small, and my own voice was very small. I often wonder what the reason is, but I haven't figured out a way yet. After a while, I had a whim one night. I thought the teacher's "hum" was a long sound. What if I flush air into my nose? So I started practicing that night. I started from the news broadcast and practiced until 9: 30. I start from the nasal cavity, then go to the top of my head and then go around the back of my head. After practicing for more than three months, I feel that I have basically got through. This exercise was completely random, because I didn't have any theoretical basis at first, but I did it with a try attitude, and finally I succeeded.

Once I read a book about vocalization, I didn't know that there were so many vocalizations in my mind, and I realized the success of my method. I call this method air impact method.

The specific method of opening the head cavity is as follows:

1, the mouth is naturally closed, the teeth are slightly loose, and the air rushes to the hard jaw behind the nose, and at the same time, the word "hum" is issued in the voice.

2, the method is the same as above, but the gas rushes from the nasal cavity to the forehead. This step is more difficult. After a long time, there may be vibration at the eyebrows. The following steps are also practiced in this way.

3. Move the position of the gas pulse to the mouth.

4. The position of air impact is at the hard flap in the middle of the mouth.

5, gas rushed behind the mouth.

6. Gas rushes to the posterior pharyngeal wall.

7. Flush the nasal cavity with a falsetto "boom".

8. Use falsetto "boom" to punch all parts of the mouth.

9. Blunt nasal cavity and oral cavity with falsetto, and drag three "bang" words at a time.

After the practice of the above steps, when there is a strong * * * sound in each step, it can be said that the head cavity is initially opened. If you want to improve, you can make the head cavity sound better, or you can practice the word "hum", which is in your mind and let the hum hit all parts of the skull, such as the top of your head and the back of your head.

The teacher said that the vocal area of some head cavities could not be seen anatomically.
