What is the Heart Sutra of the Yarlung Zangbo River about?

The name of the book summarizes the main idea of the whole book: to solve troubles with great wisdom and solve the other side of life and death. And this great wisdom is to realize the emptiness of the universe and its immortal Buddha nature through "observing freedom", so as to transcend all sufferings.
