Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on Lottery Management, the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Lottery Management and the Measures for the Administration of Lottery Issuance and Sales (Caizong [20 12] 102).

Article 2 The two-color ball game of China's welfare lottery (hereinafter referred to as the two-color ball) is issued and sold by China Welfare Lottery Issuance Management Center (hereinafter referred to as China Welfare Lottery Center), and is sold by welfare lottery sales organizations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (hereinafter referred to as provincial welfare lottery organizations) within their jurisdiction.

Article 3 Two-color balls shall be issued by computer network system, sold at sales outlets set up by provincial lottery agencies, and prizes shall be drawn regularly.

Article 4 The two-color ball is purchased voluntarily, and all buyers are deemed to agree and abide by these rules.

Article 5 It is forbidden to sell lottery tickets or pay bonuses to minors.

Chapter II Betting

Article 6 Two-color ball betting is divided into red ball number area and blue ball number area. The red ball number area is 33 1-33***, and the blue ball number area is 16 1- 16***. When betting, choose 6 red ball numbers and 1 blue ball numbers to make a single bet, and the amount of each bet is RMB 2 yuan.

Article 7 Buyers can make bets at the sales outlets set up by provincial welfare lottery institutions. The betting number is printed by the betting machine and given to the buyer for preservation, which is the two-color ball lottery.

Article 8. Buyers can choose the machine-selected number to bet, or they can choose their own number to bet. Machine-selected number betting means that the betting machine randomly generates betting numbers for betting, and self-selected number betting means that the number selected by the buyer is entered into the betting machine for betting.
