Materials:

Purple cabbage 1

Grape juice 750 ml

Seasoning:

A little white vinegar

A little salt

Cinnamon stick 2 twigs

Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

A little oil

Steps:

1. Wash purple cabbage, shred, stir-fry for 5 minutes, and add white vinegar to stir-fry for later use.

2. Pour grape juice, cinnamon stick and nutmeg powder into step 1. Cover with purple cabbage.

3. Take the second step. Bring the vegetables to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes until they are soft and ready to use.

4. Wash the apples, peel them and dice them with salt water for later use.
