Placement requirements of charging parking spaces

1. In order to facilitate the laying of equipment and the management and use of charging facilities, the "one-time equipped" charging parking space is set as the charging parking area, and the planning requirements are as follows:

1) The charging parking area should be close to the charging and distribution room, and the charging and distribution room should not be more than 50 meters away from the parking area.

2) When the radius of service line exceeds 200m, multiple charging parking areas shall be set separately.

3) The number of parking spaces in the toll parking area shall not exceed 100.

4) Charging parking area should be set at the entrance of the garage to facilitate fire rescue and vehicle access.

2. In order to ensure the safe use and convenient maintenance of charging facilities and power distribution room, the layout requirements are as follows:

1) should not be set in a low-lying place where water is easy to accumulate.

2) It should not be set in the toilet, next to the toilet or directly below other places where water often accumulates.

3) It should not be set in places with severe vibration or high temperature.

4. The installation of charging facilities shall meet the following requirements:

1) The walls and supports installed in the charging facilities meet the load-bearing requirements, and the charging facilities are reliable and fixed.

2) The charging facilities shall be installed perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the deviation from the vertical position in any direction shall not be greater than 5.

3) The installation height of the equipment should be easy to operate, and the horizontal center line of the man-machine interface operation area of the equipment is 1.4m from the ground.

4) The charging facilities installed on the basement floor should be provided with mounting bases, which should be larger than the overall dimensions of the charging facilities and the height should be higher than the ground1000 mm..

03 General requirements for charging equipment

General design requirements of 1

1) There are three kinds of commonly used charging equipment: AC charging pile with power of 7kW and power supply of 220V AC voltage; DC charging pile, power 30kW, power supply using 380V AC voltage; AC-DC integrated charging pile, with power of 30+7kW and power supply of 380V AC voltage. (If there are special requirements in the region, the local requirements shall prevail)

2) Charging equipment should have the functions of leakage protection, over-current and under-voltage, over-temperature protection, etc.

3) The charging equipment shall have emergency stop function, and the charging gun shall have plug-in protection function. Lightning protection measures should be taken for outdoor charging equipment. The charging equipment should have the function of automatic take-up to prevent the charging cable from being damaged due to improper use by people.

4) The selected charging equipment shall meet the relevant requirements of national standards, energy industry standards and enterprise standards of State Grid Corporation, and meet the charging requirements of different vehicles. The charging equipment shall be compatible with the charging function of new/old national standard electric vehicles.

5) Special electric vehicles need to be equipped with special charging equipment, and the owner shall apply to the property and relevant departments for implementation.

2 Power supply and distribution and low voltage system

1) When designing the capacity of new residential parking garage (yard), the load capacity of electric vehicle charging equipment should be fully considered, and the installation position of low-voltage distribution lines or special power transformation and distribution systems should be reserved.

2) The load calculation of electric vehicle charging equipment should be based on the number of electric vehicle parking spaces in the scheme design stage and calculated by the unit index method. The calculation coefficient can be selected with reference to the following table.

3) The load calculation of electric vehicle charging equipment should be based on the specific parameters of the charging equipment, and the value of the demand coefficient should meet the relevant requirements of national and local standards.

4) The distribution power supply of electric vehicle charging equipment should be provided with a special loop for power supply. The power supply circuit of the charging equipment should be connected to the residential public power distribution system or the non-residential supporting special power distribution system according to the requirements of the local power supply bureau.

5) The electric vehicle charging equipment should adopt radial distribution, and the distribution system should realize three-phase load balance.

6) Appropriate suppression measures should be taken to limit the harmonics of the charging equipment distribution system within the specified range.

7) The wires (cables) and conduits of the charging equipment distribution line shall be selected according to the most economical principle on the premise of meeting the national and local standards. The specifications of wires (cables) cannot be increased at will, nor can the material standards and specifications of conduits be increased at will.

8) The illuminance value of the electric vehicle parking area shall meet the relevant requirements of national and local standards.

3 metering, billing, monitoring and communication system

1) The charging equipment shall be equipped with metering electric energy meters, and the number of electric energy meters shall meet the requirements of "one pile and one meter". The distribution box of charging equipment should be set in a reasonable position according to the parking area of electric vehicles divided by buildings.

2) The charging equipment has IC card reading device or code scanning function to realize charging control and charging billing. The charging standard of charging equipment should be combined with the requirements of local power supply bureau. Charging equipment should have multiple settlement methods.

3) Charging equipment shall be equipped with Ethernet communication interface or wireless communication module as required, so as to facilitate the networking management of charging piles in the later period and networking with relevant management departments.

4) The monitoring and communication system of electric vehicle charging equipment should be set as required according to the engineering practice. The monitoring system shall monitor and control the power supply status, power quality and operation status of power supply equipment. The communication system should be able to communicate with the superior monitoring and management system, accept instructions from the superior monitoring and management system, and upload data to the superior monitoring and management system.

5) The control room of charging equipment monitoring and communication system is incorporated into the comprehensive information platform of property management, and there is no separate control room.

6) According to the product combination of the project (high-rise, small high-rise, multi-storey), the technical and economic comparison of water supply schemes is made, and the descending order of costs is: variable frequency pressurization control system with water tank, direct water supply system without negative pressure pipe network, and municipal direct pressurized water supply.
