Tazishan Park is located in the eastern suburb of Chengdu, next to the starting point of Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway, with an area of 4 10 mu. The park has rolling mountains, vast terrain, lush trees and quiet environment. There are wax plum garden, begonia garden, crape myrtle garden, bamboo forest, fishing pond, spring stone forest, ginkgo pavilion, Yu Mingxuan and other scenic spots in the park. Now there is a new miniature garden of Bashu historic sites, a nine-day building of Chengdu landmark landscape, and a large picnic area dedicated to lighting fires for tourists.

Tazishan Park covers an area of about 80 mu. There are more than 40,000 plants of more than 80 species, including Cedar, Ginkgo, Cinnamomum camphora, Lagerstroemia indica, Metasequoia glyptostroboides, Peach Tree, Osmanthus fragrans and Magnolia grandiflora, and nearly 60,000 plants of nearly 100 species. The forest in the park is dotted with lawns, lakes and marshes, pavilions and paths, which is quite Shan Ye-like. It is a good place for people to play, relax, fish, entertain, climb the tower, have a picnic and drink tea. Jiutianlou is located at the shallow top of Tazishan Garden. The project 1995 started, costing more than RMB10 million. It has been built and opened to the public.

The name of Jiutianlou is taken from the poet Li Bai's poem "Golden City Scattered Flowers Building". Today, the building is 70 meters high, with *** 13 floors and a total construction area of more than 4,000 square meters. 1 and 2 floors are square halls, and 3- 10 floors are octagonal tower structures with soaring eaves. 1 1- 12 floor consists of four small square pavilions, and the top floor is closed by a large square pavilion. It looks like a tower and a building from a distance, and its shape is novel and unique, adding a symbolic and magnificent garden landscape to Chengdu.
