Hate in Wei Zi's heart

Master jingjie

Resentment is the accumulation of hatred, which is different from anger.

You see some people: as soon as you stimulate him, he loses his temper immediately; Some people, he accumulated hatred in his heart. However, modern medicine has confirmed that from the physical and mental point of view, a person often accumulates negative energy, which is very harmful to your health.

Don't underestimate that our hearts are invisible. The Shurangama Sutra has repeatedly stressed that we will create images in our hearts.

So the hatred in your heart will produce cytopathy, because its power is invisible. When we look at the mind-that is, empty, false and neutral-it has no shape, but it has its functions, pseudonyms, false appearances and false uses.

Therefore, we must properly resolve our negative energy! Master Yan Yi put forward:

How to dissolve the resentment in your heart?

First of all, I want to get rid of my fate:

This is the method we usually use. I treat you so well, but you don't take me seriously ... That's what I owe you! I owed you in my last life. Come and pay your debts! A person often does a good thing, but what he gets is inconsistent with what he does, and the result is very poor, which is two situations:

(1) If you commit a crime yourself, force yourself out first. Sometimes we make a good law. It didn't show the good law first. It first entered the knowledge of Araille, and then forced the evil law out. In other words, you have three evils ... retribution and exposure to light.

(2), you really owe him, no way, no way to say!

It is a negative view to abandon one's old business with fate.

Second, when good knowledge thinks: this is positive!

Hey! This is what the Bodhisattva showed for the exam. I must increase my strength to stop watching and my efforts to endure humiliation through this evil karma. The effort to bear the burden of humiliation was not completed in prosperity. Endurance comes from observing adversity, bit by bit, and constantly adjusting yourself. If you fail, don't give up, keep adjusting, and slowly, slowly, your endurance will be cultivated, which is cultivated from adversity.

The third, on behalf of all beings suffering, thought: this is even harder!

The concept of representing the suffering of all sentient beings is that we learn from adversity and cultivate compassion and bodhicitta from suffering.

Master Gong Li said: If you don't learn to suffer, it's hard for Bodhisattva to develop bodhicitta! The essence of bodhicitta is to learn to lose, and this loss is tolerance.

However, some people say: when you are in a bad mood, it is not bad to sing Lu Xiangzan, that's right! Elder Miao Jing said: Sometimes when we practice meditation, alas! Very smooth, the car is driving smoothly, and there are no stones on the road; Sometimes no matter how hard you fix it, it just doesn't work, and you will feel frustrated. Uh ... praising the stove ... really helps. Just hum a mountain chansons, and then go to meditation. Alas, it's different … the whole mood has changed … in short, you must release negative energy.

A Tibetan dharma king said: A person often hides negative emotions in his heart, so it is difficult for you to care about others, so it is difficult for you to show bodhicitta.

Because: I can't be happy, and I can't give others happiness. This is a very important idea! You are not happy, how can you help others! So we need to know how to solve our own obstacles. There are no obstacles in our hearts-there is no life in our hearts, but there are circumstances.

We learned the Shurangama Sutra all the way and got a message-there is nothing in our hearts. Everything is revealed by their own karma. We need to know a concept: a thing-it will be born under the guise of karma, and of course it can be destroyed under the guise of karma.

If you have the ability to create it, you have the ability to let it out, which it doesn't have.

So Buddhism is a two-way street. If you can make it happen, you have the ability to make it disappear.

It is not good to say that trouble is innate. It is already there. How can you destroy it? Therefore, Bodhisattva should have skills-how do you solve it ... Life is indeed full of imperfections, because we have created many good karma in the past, but we have also accumulated many sinful karma; When we offend karma, we do have some difficulties. We should constantly resolve them and don't let them have a resentment.

Buddha is Sanskrit: it means enlightened person. Reaching the realm of Buddhism is both supreme consciousness (referring to those who practice Mahayana Buddhism). From the root (heart), there is no difference between Buddha and all beings. It's just that the Buddha is an enlightened person, and all beings are fascinated by the Buddha. All beings, including you and me, are called future buddhas. The credibility of practicing Buddhism lies in the fact that Buddha is the master of practice among all beings.

The earth is also expressed in Buddhist scriptures: it is called the world of women. In Sanskrit, Shiva means patience. Simply put, all beings in this world can endure any kind of suffering as long as they have a breath. Mother-in-law's world is a part of the south station, and the other half has not been discovered by us humans.

In the Ten Dharma Boundaries (the Ten Dharma Boundaries are the six paths in your question plus the four sacred paths of sound and smell, karma, bodhisattva and Buddha), there are countless Buddhist realms, and the earth is only a part of the Buddhist Ministry headed by Sakyamuni Buddha. His management principles: success, living, bad and empty. Buddha is everywhere, everywhere.

Knowing reincarnation should know that life is immortal. Death is like changing a worn-out dress. Death is the end of this karma and the beginning of the next karma. This is how life flows in the vast universe, with the karma and karma we created in this life (reincarnation is going on in many worlds). Only by practicing the fruits of the Four Holy Roads can we surpass The six great divisions in the wheel of karma, which is also one of the purposes of practicing Buddhism.

I also have a little knowledge. I hope I can help you, and read more Buddhist scriptures and explanations (such as: Bodhisattva vows, Mahayana sutra, solemnity, purity, equality consciousness, ten dharma circles, never leaving one thought, etc.). I'm sure you will understand these problems.
