How to draw the eyes of anime characters?

The eyes of cartoon characters are drawn like this:

1, draft line drawing, with paint bucket as background color. Apply white eyes and use a "transparent" pen to faint the white eyes at the corner of your eyes. Shade the whites of the eyes and smudge the border with "transparent color". Create a new layer with positive overlay mode and color it with watercolor tool.

2. Draw the colors of the pupil and its surroundings, and draw shadows. First paint the whole eye black with shadow color, and then erase the effect in the picture. Draw a big circle under the dark circles and a small circle just below the pupils, and draw a luminous effect with a spray gun.

3. Draw the pattern in the eyes, blur it with Gaussian blur (2.00), and then adjust the color with a watercolor brush. Draw reflections and highlights.

4. Lighten (add) the opacity linearly by 30%, draw a circle below, and lighten (light) the opacity by 40% in color to supplement the lighting effect. Draw a spot with a brush with a grain effect.

6. Draw two circles and color them green with a brush. Draw a light blue circle to reduce the opacity, and paint a little shadow on the top to deepen the color.

7. Draw color highlights, copy the previous highlight layer, hide the original layer, and lock the transparent pixels of the copy. Color the white highlights and unlock them. Then add Gaussian blur effect, and the value is about 15.00.

8. Create a new layer under the layer in the second step, and color along the edge of the line drawing without clipping the mask. Draw a reflection in the middle of eyelashes with a brush, and finally apply a little.
