Mochou Lake Park introduces a beautiful place.

1. Mochou Lake is located in jianye district, Nanjing. It is a famous classical garden in the south of the Yangtze River, with a long history of 1500 years and rich human resources. It is a scenic spot in the Six Dynasties, with the reputation of "the first lake in the south of the Yangtze River", "the first scene in Jinling" and "the first of the 48 scenic spots in Jinling".

2. The park covers an area of 58.36 hectares, of which the lake surface is about 33.3 hectares, the green rate is 93.74%, and the elevation of the lake surface is 4 meters. Mochou Lake was called Hengtang in the Six Dynasties. It was famous in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, and it was even more prosperous after Nanjing was its capital in the Ming Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, there was a Yu Jintang in the park and a pavilion in the middle of the lake. 1929, it was transformed into a park. Later, there was the tomb of the martyrs of the Guangdong Army and the tablet of Sun Yat-sen's handwritten book "Founding an Adult". After liberation, the original building on Mochou Lake was renovated, the sightseeing garden was expanded, and facilities such as promenades, waterside pavilions, lake pavilions and outdoor stages were added, and flowers and trees were planted everywhere.

3. The pavilions in the garden are strewn at random, with weeping willows and begonia on the shore, rippling lakes and blue waves. Hallows Building, Yu Jintang, Shanghe Hall, Shuixie, Bao Yue Building, Guanghua Pavilion, Cloister, etc. They are all hidden among rocks, pines, bamboos, flowers and trees, and it is difficult to judge right from wrong from smoke waves. But I feel that the West Lake is losing, and the river is shooting clouds outside.
