1.3 The guild manager is responsible for all information and contents in the Huya guild, as well as all information, contents and behaviors broadcast or released by the cooperative anchor of the guild. If the cooperative anchor of the guild violates the rules, Huya Company will punish the anchor according to the Rules of Huya Platform, such as the Measures for the Administration of Violation of Huya Anchor, and jointly punish the guild manager according to these Measures.

1.4 These Measures, Huya User Service Agreement, Huya Association Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and other agreements and rules * * * together constitute Huya Platform Rules. If there are specific penalties for specific violations in the rules of Huya Platform, Huya Company still has the right to apply these measures to deal with the violations.
