Sedum and Lagerstroemia indica

I wrote down some important identification points of these plants.

Sedum: opposite leaves, opposite leaves on the stem.

Cedar: evergreen, big trees, gymnosperms, needles, 5 needles in a bunch.

Rose: 5-7 leaflets, compound leaves, and more flowers and colors every month. The leaf margin is serrated and the stem has thorns.

Lagerstroemia indica: The stems are quadrangular, red, with opposite leaves, flowering in summer and smooth trunk.

Sophora japonica: It grows in the ground. The tree-shaped Sophora japonica that we usually see is the result of grafting on Sophora japonica. Its branches are twisted into claws, hence its name.

French phoenix tree: bark barge, tree-shaped, fruit is a bunch of three balls, so it is also called Platanus acerifolia.

Magnolia tree: the newly planted saplings have no obvious identification points, that is, the bark is white.

Winter jasmine: trifoliate, opposite compound leaves, shrub, growing on the ground, with yellow flowers in early spring.

Forsythia suspensa: Its appearance is similar to that of Jasminum nudiflorum. It blooms in early spring, then leaves. It is characterized in that the pith of the branch is hollow.
