How to make a meat cleaver

The steps of carving knife are as follows:

Precautions:

2. Hold the knife correctly, so that the force exerted by the hand on the tool holder becomes a straight line, and the blade cannot be bent a little. If there is a deviation between the direction of force and the natural direction of the blade, it is especially easy to break the tip of the blade.
