Which dynasty was the Emperor Wei Zi from?

The Great Emperor Wei Zi, known as the "Great Emperor Wei Zi Bei in Midheaven", occupies an important position in the folk beliefs of the Han nationality, and belongs to one of the four Taoist emperors, ranking below the Jade Emperor.
