The time to clean the leaves is in the morning, so that the leaves have enough drying time before the arrival of the night, and the leaves are prevented from being in a humid environment for a period of time due to insufficient sunshine and falling temperature at night.

1, water spraying method

The dust on the blade is washed away by the impact of the water flow of the sprayer. Generally speaking, the method of direct water spraying can only wash away the newly fallen dust on plants.

2. Wipe method

When cleaning potted flowers, first wet the plants with clear water, then hold the parts of the plants that need to be cleaned with your left hand, and then dip the clean soft cloth in water with your right hand to wipe off the dust. Note that young leaves and buds on plants can only be sprayed with water. Mainly the dust on the old leaves and branches is thick and heavy, so it should be carefully scrubbed. Don't break the leaves or branches of plants when scrubbing, and at the same time, move lightly, otherwise it will leave scars on the epidermis of plants, which will affect future viewing.

3. Brush method

Clean the dust brush on the blade with a soft brush. You can use 0 for particularly dirty parts. 1% detergent solution dipped in soft cloth for scrubbing. After that, put cold boiled water in a small watering can and rinse the plants several times, especially where washing powder has been used. The purpose of using cold boiled water is to make plants look better, because the hardness of boiled water will decrease, and the water with lower hardness is not easy to leave water marks on the surface of plants, thus making plants look bright, lovely and full of vitality.

Third, matters needing attention

1, the first two methods are not suitable for cactus, succulent plants and plants with fluffy leaves.

Once the leaves are wet by water, it is difficult to evaporate, even if a dry cloth is used to absorb the water, it cannot be guaranteed to dry thoroughly within a certain time. However, some flower buds that are afraid of water, such as Gerbera jamesonii and pseudobulb of Clivia, should not touch water, especially during germination and pregnancy, which will affect the development of flowers.

In addition, don't spray water directly on the flowers.

Flowers are easy to rot and wither when exposed to water, which will also cause low fertilization rate and affect flowering and fruiting. Potted flowers such as pomegranate, begonia, upside-down golden bell and crape myrtle will cause long branches and leaves, and the latter two cleaning methods are recommended.
