Where does Xuzhai Village belong?

Xuzhai Village is located in the southwest of Dongyang City, adjacent to Yiwu. The village 1.500 has more than 4,200 households and people, and consists of five natural villages, namely, Shangzhai, Li Tang, Xinting, Jiuting and Wangkengling, in front of which Jin Yidong Expressway passes. The activity of welcoming lanterns is a gold business card of Xu Zhai.

In 1950s and 1960s, after several years of hard work, Lifan Reservoir and Wu Li Tangkeng Reservoir were built. Xuzhai Village used to have poor water conservancy conditions and many dry lands. After the completion of the two reservoirs, the dry land has been changed to more than 50 mu. There are many barren hills in Xuzhai Village, and now it is developing fruit bases such as oranges, plums and peaches. A processing factory was established, which improved people's lives.

Xuzhai Village is adjacent to Luzhai Village, Yuefeng Village, Huaxi Village, Minghuan Village, Lianfeng Village, Exi Village, Swan Village, Sihe Village, Wangfan Village, Wuzhai Village, Lu Xiu Village, Weizi Village, Lincun Village and xishan village.

On September 1 day, 2020, Ali Research Institute announced Taobao Village in 2020, and Xuzhai Village was on the list.

There are some tourist attractions near Xuzhai Village, such as Hengdian Film and Television City, Hengdian Red Tourism City, Dongyang Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery, Hengdian Huaxia Cultural Park and Shemushan Scenic Area. There are also some specialties, such as Dongyang woodcarving, Dongyang Torreya grandis, Dongyang bamboo weaving, Dongyang Zizyphus jujuba, Zhejiang Bai Mudan and so on.
