Lingsheng's Lingsheng incident

Rong 'an, General Affairs Director of the Northern Province Office of Xing 'an League, Shuang Hai, Accounting Director Bao Ding, Local Director Vogejibu, Hailar City Administrative Director Dechun, Enming, Suolunqi Director, Erhan Buzzard, Administrative Director, etc. On March 29th, Ling Sheng returned to Hailar from Xinjing. After getting off the bus, he was arrested by the Japanese Gendarmerie in the name of "Su Tong League Suspect", along with his secretary and Japanese translator Hua Lintai (Fu Mingtai's younger brother, born in 1898).

After being arrested, Ling Sheng and others were tortured in the Japanese Gendarmerie Command in Hailar, but no one admitted the crimes listed by the Japanese, gave up any fact that they knew the Soviet Union like the back of their hands, and did not involve others. During the torture, Ling Sheng took the responsibility alone, saying, "I am responsible for the innocence of others, and don't involve others." On April 12, six people including Ling Sheng were transferred to Xinjing (Changchun). In the military court, they still didn't admit any crimes. Before Ling Sheng and others were killed, their families were called to meet in xin jing prison. At this point, they know they will be killed, but they are still strong. Ling Sheng wrote a will of more than 1000 words in Manchu in prison, to the effect that I was hurt by the Japanese for protecting local interests, which caused their dissatisfaction and hatred.

After the execution of Ling Sheng and others, the Japanese Kwantung Army Command formulated and issued a secret manual of Service Instructions to Japan, which was distributed to the "Japanese" officials of the Puppet Manchukuo, with 30 articles. The first article of the manual stipulates that "the Japanese nation is the core of all ethnic groups in Manchuria and is a natural mentor" and that "the status of the Japanese in Manchuria is not an expatriate, but a master". Article 9 stipulates that "we should be good at understanding the significance of setting up Mongolian government departments to divide Xing 'an District. Mongols are the darling of my Manchu policy, and there are about one million people in Manchu. They are related to outer Mongolia by blood, so they are easy to get in touch with red Russia. In particular, they should be vigilant and find the pagan hell to pay the price, just like Ling Sheng. The "spiritual life incident" caused a great shock among the Manchu officials of the puppet regime at that time. The Japanese Kwantung Army deterred puppet officials, big and small, from the puppet emperor Puyi, and made them more tame to the Japanese, willing to be Japanese puppets and be at the mercy of the invaders. It can be seen that Ling Sheng's execution was an action carefully planned by the Japanese in order to rule and enslave the people in Northeast China more effectively.

After Ling Sheng was killed, his old father Guifu, who was appointed as a special official, was dismissed, and his son, who was studying Russian in Harbin, was forced to drop out of school and transfer to Tokyo Veterinary College. In Manchukuo, Yoshioka Anshi informed Puyi that he immediately dissolved the engagement between IV and Lingsheng's son, and Puyi no longer married Lingsheng's family. The property of Lingsheng's family was also counted by the life of Takamoto's secret service in the sea, and a special person was appointed to be responsible for supervision.

Ling Sheng, as an old official and an upper-class ethnic minority, once defended feudal rule, but was finally respected by later generations as a patriot and a representative of ethnic minorities with national justice, national integrity and safeguarding national interests.
