What school is three bends and nine turns?

Three bends and nine turns are Sichuan school. The traditional method of making Sichuan bonsai is three turns and nine turns upside down, which is a rhythmic beauty of Sichuan bonsai: the trunk of a tree is tied into nine turns on the same facade, and then tied into three turns on the vertical surface. It is mostly used for tree species such as Podocarpus, Lagerstroemia indica, Ginkgo, Pomegranate and Begonia.
