20 14 Announcement on Enrollment of Primary and Secondary Schools in Yinjiang County, tongren city City, Guizhou Province

In order to conscientiously implement the Compulsory Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), according to the Implementation Opinions on Further Improving the Admission from Primary School to Junior High School forwarded by the Provincial Department of Education and the Ministry of Education (Qian Fa [20 14] No.84) and the Notice of the Municipal Education Bureau on Implementing the Reform Policy of Urban and Rural Household Registration System and Establishing a Sound Education Guarantee Mechanism (Fa [2014), Yinjiang County 2065. In order to facilitate the general public and floating population to understand the enrollment information and be familiar with the enrollment process, according to the spirit of the "20 14 Primary and Secondary School Enrollment Plan of Yinjiang County", the County Education Bureau and the People's Government of Eling Town issued the "20 14 Primary and Secondary School Enrollment Announcement of Yinjiang County", which was widely publicized by posting paper materials and news media.

The announcement clarified the enrollment targets, enrollment tasks, enrollment methods, enrollment areas and enrollment time of primary and secondary schools.

Primary school enrollment targets: First, school-age children of permanent residents, that is, children who reached the age of 6 before August 3 1 2065438 and have permanent residence in cities and towns. The specific measures for primary school enrollment of school-age children of urban permanent population shall be subject to the designated teaching scope. Parents or guardians of school-age children of urban permanent residents shall report to the schools in the teaching area with the original and photocopy of the household registration book from August 10 to August 18, and those who meet the admission requirements after preliminary examination by the enrollment school shall be registered. The enrollment school will register the "20 14 Freshmen Register" in August 19 and report it to the office of the town enrollment leading group (town education office) for review and filing. Regarding the specific measures for primary school enrollment of floating school-age children, freshmen: parents or guardians of floating children must go to the township family planning office where their household registration is located before August 20, and then apply for temporary residence permits at the "floating population management office" of Yinjiang Autonomous County (the first floor of Eling Town Government). Parents or guardians of children of floating population shall go through the registration formalities at the No.1 Primary School in Eling Town on August 20-23, 20 14 according to the following corresponding categories. ① Proof materials that migrant workers' children must have: application for schooling (signed and stamped by the school of origin and the village committee), original work certificate, family planning integrity certificate (issued by the family planning department), household registration book, original and photocopy of temporary residence permit. (2) Proof materials that must be possessed by the children of those who have settled in the house purchase: the application form for admission (signed and stamped by the school of origin and the village committee), the original certificate of family planning integrity (issued by the family planning department), the original and photocopy of the real estate license or valid house purchase contract, and the household registration book. (3) Proof materials required for children of investment and business personnel to enter school: application form for attending school (signed and stamped by the school of origin and the village committee), original family planning integrity certificate (issued by the family planning department), tax registration certificate, business license, household registration book, original and photocopy of temporary residence permit. (4) Proof materials necessary for job transfer and recruitment of children: original and photocopy of employment certificate, household registration book and temporary residence permit, and original family planning integrity certificate (issued by the family planning department).

It is required that the management personnel of the "floating population office" of the autonomous county and the township family planning department should strictly examine their qualifications in accordance with the provisions of provincial, municipal and county documents, and refuse to apply for temporary residence permits and integrity certificates if they do not meet the requirements; Applicants will strictly review all kinds of certificates, and those with irregular procedures and irregular certificates will not be registered.

If the foreign school-age children (freshmen) pass the final qualification examination and go through the formalities to meet the admission requirements, the town admissions office will arrange for them to study in urban schools according to the school vacancies. Admissions schools shall not recruit unregistered children of floating population without authorization. 2. Transfer students from junior high school: Due to the large scale of junior high school classes in urban areas, transfer students are no longer recruited in principle. However, if the registered permanent residence belongs to the normal placement students within the teaching scope, the school will arrange placement.
