Wherever I go, the mountains and rivers are beautiful, and the branches and leaves are often concerned.

Natural environment suitable for tea tree growth

Anhua is a national poverty-stricken county, a major forestry county in mountainous areas, a major immigrant county in reservoir areas, an old revolutionary county, and a national key poverty alleviation and development county. Its territory is undulating, with mountains and valleys appearing alternately. The mountainous area of the county is 4052.5 square kilometers, accounting for 8 1.9% of the land area of Anhua County. It is a typical mountainous county with "eight mountains, half water and half fields, one road and one manor". However, there is a kind of tea tree, which grows on the edge of the cliff and beside the water, and is the lifeblood of Anhua's development of black tea industry.

Anhua is located in the golden tea-producing belt about 30 degrees north latitude, which belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate with abundant rainfall and short cold period. The growth period of tea trees is more than 7 months. In addition, Anhua boundary is located at the intersection of Wuling Mountain and Xuefeng Mountain, and it is the area with the most concentrated moraine, a special geological deposit in the world. Weathered moraine rock and soil is rich in selenium, which is "sapropelic rock" and is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. The average selenium content of tea planted in this land is 0.22ppm, which is twice the average selenium content of tea in China and seven times the average selenium content of tea in the world. It is a moderate "selenium-enriched tea". As a relic of the ice age 600 million years ago, moraine is a geographical environment condition that anhua tea's excellent quality cannot be copied.

Tea is the hope of local people to get rid of poverty and become rich.

The unique natural environment has made Anhua the title of "tea town", and the small tea leaves are pinning the hopes of local people to get rich.

Xiao Yi, deputy secretary of Anhua County Party Committee and county magistrate, said: "In 20 19, Anhua Tea Garden covers an area of 360,000 mu, and there are more than 200 tea processing enterprises, with a tea processing capacity of 90,000 tons and a comprehensive output value of 22 billion yuan. There are 360,000 employees in the tea industry and tea-related industries in the county, and nearly/kloc-0.5 million poor people have been lifted out of poverty by tea, just over ten years.

Anhua black tea belongs to post-fermentation tea, and its tea-making technology is unique. In 2008, Anhua Liangqian Tea and Fuzhuan Tea were included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

Liangqian tea is one of the most famous kinds of Anhua black tea, and it is also the only tea named after weight in the world. It used to be a special tea for nomadic people. Because of the long transportation distance, in order to better preserve tea leaves, tea leaves with a net weight of 36.25 kg are pressed and bundled into a cylinder with a weight of 36.25 kg 1200 kg, so it is called "Liangqian Tea" and also called "Flower". The most ingenious part of its production process is the stamping process. The stamping of thousand taels of tea depends entirely on manpower, and the process is very complicated, with high technical requirements and high labor intensity.

After the tea is packaged, it should be put in a place with suitable temperature and humidity for air drying, natural drying and slow fermentation until it can be preserved for a long time.

Yan Zipeng, deputy general manager of Hualai, introduced that Hualai and the Anhua County Government signed the Memorandum on Entrusting Poverty Alleviation Projects for Key Industries, and actively helped 20,000 poverty-stricken households in Lengshi Town, Yangjiaotang Town, Longtang Township and Jiangnan Town to get rid of poverty. Adopt the business model of leading enterprises+cooperatives+bases+farmers, and implement "five unifications" and "three exemptions", that is, unified planning and layout, unified provision of tea seedlings, etc.

In addition, build poverty alleviation bases, workshops and production lines, and tailor-made "Fumin Tea" for poverty alleviation. Among them, the poverty alleviation base directly benefits 400 poor farmers, and the poverty alleviation workshop provides fixed jobs for poor farmers who set up files for 1 and 2 1, with an annual personal income of 42,000 yuan.

In order to meet the needs of the development of tea industry, Hualai has also built three comprehensive black tea industrial parks, with five automatic, clean, standardized and modern production workshops 15, covering an area of more than 60,000 square meters. Among them, Bandung Black Tea Deep Processing Workshop has four fully automatic, standardized and clean production lines, which is far ahead in the industry.

Up to now, Hualai has produced and sold 55,000 tons of black tea annually, paid over 654.38+billion yuan in national tax revenue, donated nearly 600 million yuan to social welfare undertakings, and arranged more than 4,000 people with long-term stable employment, with a total annual salary of over 654.38+0.5 billion yuan. Tea-tourism integration and running towards a well-off society

"It used to be a dirt road, and now the road surface has become cement; I couldn't watch TV in the Spring Festival before, but now the power grid is upgraded; It used to be dark at night, but now more than 300 street lamps illuminate 25 villagers' groups. This scene, Huang, the branch secretary of Huangshi Village, Jiangnan Town, Anhua County, is still unforgettable.

Huangshi Village is located in the southwest of Jiangnan Town in the middle of Anhua County, and Sixianxi, a tributary of Zijiang River, crosses from south to north. Surrounded by mountains and waters, you can see mountains and water, and the land is fertile, but there is no industrial support.

In 20 14 years, the per capita net income of villagers was less than 2400 yuan. In the past three years, with the strong support of governments at all levels, Huangshi Village has invested 26 million yuan to develop 20 business entities such as Huangshi Tea Planting Cooperative in Anhua County and New Coordinate Tourism Development Co., Ltd. in Anhua County, cultivated five characteristic agriculture such as tea, native pigs, flat peaches, grapes and lotus seeds, and successfully established a demonstration village for the development of leisure agriculture.

"Don't look at wearing glasses. In fact, I am a junior high school diploma." Huang Huaming, who started his business in his hometown, is now the general manager of Huangshi Tea Professional Planting Cooperative. He said that while starting a business, while learning, while building, once a poor mountain village, now the head is a mountain and the head is a stream; Tea garden on the mountain, orchard under the mountain. The villagers still depend on the mountains for food, but they no longer depend on the weather for food. Huangshi Village's idyllic dream of becoming an idyllic complex is being realized little by little among the villagers in Qinxin Village.

In addition to Huangshi Village, there is also Tea Town Huahai Ecological Experience Park, which adopts the mode of joint-stock cooperation to form an integrated interest, helping 424 1 poor people in different poverty alleviation relocation sites in Tea Town Huahai, Dongping Town and Longtang Township to develop their industries, and building 2,500 mu of tea and fruit tourism integrated industrial base to drive poor households to increase their income and get rid of poverty. The project takes enterprises as the main body, takes Huahai Tea Town as the platform, and takes the poverty-stricken households who set up the file as shareholders. Adopt the integrated development model of "company+farmers", activate the endogenous motivation of poor households, guide them to actively integrate into the industrial development chain, and realize "land transfer income+employment income+guaranteed income+dividend per share".
