Peter Poroshenko (English: Peter Poroshenko, Ukrainian: петропорошенко), President of Ukraine. 1965 was born in Odessa, Ukraine on September 26th, and 1989 graduated from Kiev National University. 1998 was elected as a member of parliament for the first time. In March 2002, he became the chairman of the parliamentary budget committee. From February to September 2005, he served as Secretary of the National Security and Defense Committee of Ukraine. On June 9, 2009, the Ukrainian Parliament approved Peter Poroshenko, nominated by President Yushchenko, as the foreign minister of Ukraine.
