Zhang Qiu of Harry Potter

Liang Kaidi, the Chinese actor who plays Autumn Zhang, is a Scottish Chinese. In February, 2004, she participated in the audition for the cast of Harry Potter 4, and beat more than 5,000 other candidates and chose Zhang Qiu.

Liang Kaidi, a 18-year-old girl from China, plays Harry Potter's favorite object in the movie Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: Zhang Qiu, a student of Ravenclaw College of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

This is Katie's first professional performance. Katie took part in the audition in February 2004, and beat more than 5,000 other candidates in the audition to play Zhang Qiu. Before that, Katie didn't have any acting experience and didn't learn acting. It was an accidental opportunity. Her father saw the news of the audition in a China TV station. Katie thought it was interesting, so she decided to try her luck, even though she was more concerned about shopping that day.

On the day of the audition, Katie waited anxiously with thousands of other girls. After the initial test, Katie was very surprised to learn that she was selected to enter the next round. After more interviews, Katie's mother learned that Katie would play Zhang Qiu in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Katie likes music very much. She likes listening to music, including R&; B, pop, rock and HipHop, and play the piano.
