Paula patton was born in Los Angeles on 1975. Her mother is a teacher and her father is a lawyer. Her home is just across the street from 20th Century Fox Studio. Paula likes watching movies since she was a child. She took part in the school drama performance, and then entered the summer school of the University of Southern California to study movies. She won an internship in PBS and traveled around the world to shoot TV documentaries about the living conditions of young people in other countries. After that, she worked in Discovery Health Channel, but at the same time she dreamed of becoming an actress. In 2005, after Paula appeared in Public Enemy of the Whole People, her acting career developed smoothly.
