Practice of baking bread

Ingredients: eggs, milk, fine sugar, salt, yeast powder, flour, peanut oil.

Step 1: Add 200ml of pure milk, an egg, 3g of salt and 50g of sugar, and mix well.

Step 2: While stirring, slowly add 400g flour in batches, and the amount of flour can be appropriately adjusted according to the hardness of dough. After the flour is stirred into a flocculent state, the dough is kneaded, the dough is spread out, 5g yeast powder and 40g peanut oil are added, and the dough is kneaded continuously.

Step 3: Cover the basin with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation until the dough is twice as big as before.

Step 4: Divide the dough into four equal parts, roll it into cakes, and relax for 10 minutes. Then put the dough roll into a baking tray, cover it with aluminum foil paper, put the baking tray into a preheated oven and cut off the power supply for secondary fermentation to twice the size of the original dough roll (it can be fermented faster or at room temperature).

Step 5: When the dough rolls are fermented to twice the original size, take the baking tray out of the oven, preheat the oven again, put the baking tray into the oven after preheating, and bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes. In the last 5 minutes, remove the aluminum foil from the baking tray.

Bread is baked, the crust is crisp and delicious, the inside is soft and delicious, and it tastes good!
