How to learn to make coffee?

It is easy to learn how to make coffee, but it is difficult to master it. Coffee making, yo, see if you are really at home or open a shop. If you are at home, if you have money, you can buy a home coffee machine. If you are patient, you can buy a set of siphon pots. A few hundred dollars is expensive and a hundred dollars is cheap, but you have no patience. When you think of cooking, buy a mocha pot or a Belgian pot. These two kinds of acne are very simple, not as delicate as siphon pot. If you open a shop, this is the most popular coffee making method in China, such as cappuccino, latte, mocha, Kangbaolan and so on. It's all made by opening a coffee machine. The coffee machine can be bought automatically, as long as the materials are added, the finished product can be produced with one button, but it is not semi-automatic and exquisite, and it has no semi-automatic taste. Here is a brief introduction to the usage of several tools. Siphon pot: coffee brewed with Siphon pot (usually with stirring blades when you buy it). Pure products generally refer to the cooking of a single coffee bean, such as Colombia, Brazil, Mandenin, Kona and so on. I won't introduce coffee beans here. You can search online when you have time. They all have their own characteristics. A cup of single coffee is generally 60CC, so first of all, we add about 70CC of hot water (cold water can be added if we have time) to the lower seat of the siphon (that is, a semicircular or circular glass bottle) and heat it on the Cass oven (it is recommended to buy a small Cass oven, which is about the size of an alcohol lamp and can be inflated). The internet will say that alcohol lamps can be used, but the brewed coffee tastes bad. After that, pour the ground coffee powder into a siphon pot with a filter screen. When the water in the lower seat bubbles, insert the upper seat into the lower seat and rotate it. When the water in the lower seat rises to the upper seat (it will eventually roll and steam, and you will know when you see it), stir it for three times with a stirring blade, turn on a small fire and burn the bottom side of the siphon pot. Be careful not to burn it in the water, but don't heat it in the middle, which is beneficial to the seats. After 40 seconds, stir for about four turns and turn off the heat. After all the coffee flows into the lower seat, unplug the upper seat and pour the coffee into the heating cup. Then, a cup of coffee is ready. (This is just a brief talk about the making of the siphon pot, so I won't introduce it in detail. There should be a tutorial online. Of course, every barista has different notes. This is just my personal cooking method. You can learn your favorite cooking methods online. ) Mocha pot: There is also a lower seat, but the difference is that Mocha pot is made of all metal, and it is also filled with powder. About a pot of mocha can pour about 70cc of coffee. Operation: First unscrew the mocha pot and inject about 75cc of hot water into the lower seat. If you don't have a measuring cup, you can directly add water to the air outlet of the lower seat (note here that when filling the lower seat with hot water, remember to use a towel to insulate the heat). Belgian pot: This pot is the simplest. It consists of a glass barrel and a metal barrel with a water pipe wrapped in filter cloth in the middle. First, pour the ground coffee powder into the glass barrel, then add 400cc hot water into the metal barrel, put the metal tube on it, tighten it, light the alcohol lamp, and taste the coffee after the coffee in the glass barrel returns to the metal barrel. Note here: 1: Never add water to the glass bucket. Don't pour coffee powder into the metal bucket, it's wrong. 2. Generally, it is not necessary to turn off the fire manually. When the metal bucket is refilled with coffee, the fire will go out automatically. Remember to unscrew the lid on the metal barrel before taking the coffee, otherwise the Belgian pot will swell with heat and shrink with cold. Finally, the coffee machine is not introduced much. After all, this machine is very complicated. Besides, if you buy a coffee machine, it will be in his shop.
