The History of China Wushu published by Xi Yuntai in People's Sports Publishing House 1985 has 46 parts, 75 kinds of boxing methods and 27 instruments, which shows its complicated characteristics. In fact, there are many tribes in the four sects of Shaolin, Wudang, Emei and Nanquan mentioned above.
