First Coming to Baidicheng is a four-line poem written by Li Bai, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, when he returned from exile in 759. This is one of Li Bai's most widely circulated poems.

In the spring of the second year of Gan Yuan, Tang Suzong (759), Li Bai was exiled to Yelang because of the Li Lin case in Wang Yong, and went to a relegated place via Sichuan. When I arrived in Baidicheng, I suddenly received the news of pardon, and then went to Jiangling by boat. This poem was written when the ship returned to Jiangling, so it is called Xiajiangling.
