China Zodiac and Foreign Constellations

The origin of constellations originated from Greek and Roman mythology. It was not until the 17th century that astronomers divided the orbit of the sun (ecliptic plane) into 12 equal parts every 30 degrees, thus producing the twelve constellations, which is the origin of the twelve constellations we are familiar with.

It has nothing to do with China's Zodiac. It's just different research methods.
