Design defects of constellation plan

According to the constellation plan, the O'Ryan spacecraft will send astronauts and cargo to the space station, rendezvous with the lunar module and the earth departure station in low earth orbit, and send astronauts to the moon. The Aviation Safety Advisory Group of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) found that there were serious problems in the safety design of the Orion spacecraft. In addition, this issue further reveals that NASA's constellation plan is currently facing the test of funds, morale and leadership. The Aviation Safety Advisory Group of NASA was set up under the direction of the US Congress after the Apollo 1 fire in 1967, with the purpose of providing suggestions for the safety and risk assessment of the space program. In a recent report on page 143, the team pointed out that the staff of NASA's constellation project now have an abnormal anxiety, and the whole return to the moon plan lacks a clear direction. In this report, NASA's aviation safety advisory group also pointed out that there were serious mistakes in the design of Orion spacecraft, which did not put the "safety" principle in the first place.
