How to do the freezing point of snow bubble?

Snow bubble is a very delicious iced drink, which contains ice cubes, juice and milk. Below is a layer of cold drink and above is a layer of foam, which tastes good and is a good summer solution.

Required raw materials:

50g fruit juice, 20g fruit powder, 250g creamer, 500g condensed milk, proper amount of honey and sugar, and 5- 10 ice cubes.

Equipment required:

Woven cup, disposable cups, straw.

Making method of snow bubble:

Firstly, the creamer and condensed milk are boiled at the ratio of 1: 2 (the same as making milk tea) to make concentrated raw milk.

② Take another 25g of juice and pour it into a snow cup.

③ Raw milk 20g, fruit powder 10g, fruit juice 10g, honey and sugar are added in sequence.

(4) When the water is added for 8 minutes, add 4~5 ice cubes.

⑤ Cover the cup and shake it vigorously for two or three minutes. Shake the raw materials inside to make them fully dissolve and shake out rich foam.

⑥ Finally, pour the shaken beverage into disposable cups, and plug in a straw to drink.
