How to calculate the achievement rate?

Overall situation: (actual completion/planned completion) * 100%

Product completion rate of a certain process = (sum of working hours quota of previous process+working hours quota of this process ×50%)/ working hours quota of products.

Annual budget completion rate = difference between actual completion and budget/budget * 100% = (actual completion-budget)/budget * 100%.

If the plan is negative, the formula for calculating the realization rate should be:

1, planned -500, completed-100, and the achievement rate is 2-(-100)/(-500) =180%.

2. Plan -500 and complete -500, then the achievement rate is 2-(-500)/(-500)= 100%.

3, plan -500, complete 0, then the achievement rate is 2-0/(-500)=200%.

4. Plan -500 and complete 100, then the achievement rate is 2- 100/(-500)=220%.

4. Plan -500 and complete 500, then the achievement rate is 2-500/(-500)=300%.
