What is the difference between the notice of examination opinions and the notice of correction?

The notice of examination opinions is the examination opinions issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration on the novelty, practicality and creativity of the invention submitted by the applicant during the examination of the invention substance. There is no substantive review of the appearance, but review opinions will be issued. For example, designs infringe Olympic intellectual property rights or have other contents that are not in line with social justice and morality, but they are rare.

The time limit for the first reply to the notice of review opinions is 4 months, and then 2 months at a time. The reply period of the rectification notice does not necessarily depend on the type of rectification documents, but is generally 2 months, or 1 month, which shall be specified by the examiner in the notice.
