Solution: Contact the installer to confirm whether the merchant information was submitted successfully.

Reason 2: the key of pos machine is lost.

Solution: Download the key again. Sign in with "99" user name on the pos machine, and the supervisor password is 888888888. Enter "System Management Interface", press the number "5" to enter "Terminal Key Management", press the number key "6" to enter "Online Download of Master Key", and wait for the pos screen to display "Download Successfully" before logging in again.
