Gemini meteor shower occurs every year, and its intensity is second only to that of Leonid meteor shower, the king of meteor showers.

The king of meteor shower is not Leo. There are three most famous meteor shower constellations in the northern hemisphere: Gemini meteor shower, quadrant meteor shower and Perseid meteor shower. Leonid meteor shower is very unstable. When not erupting, there are only single digits in an hour on average.
