How to block all pop-up windows of sogou input method in the computer

Sogou input method, as a well-known input method in China, is loved and widely used by many users. However, when we use sogou input method in the computer system, there will be many pop-up windows, such as Sohu micro-portal, sogou daily new words, skin recommendation and so on. If you don't like these pop-ups, what should you do to block all the pop-ups of sogou input method?

See the following solutions:

1. Open the installation directory of sogou Input Method, and you can see a folder with numbers. Double-click to open it, which may be different due to different versions;

2. Find Sohu micro portal and delete it;

3. Open the main menu of sogou input method and select Set Properties;

4. Under the appearance, uncheck "Turn on skin recommendation" and "Turn on Flash debugging mode";

5. Switch to thesaurus and uncheck "Open new word prompt";

6. Switch to "Account" and uncheck "Prompt when upgrading", "Prompt when getting a new medal" and "Prompt when active days+1";

7. Switch to "Advanced" and uncheck "Festival solar terms, weather forecast, stock market and constellation reminder" (don't forget to click OK after setting).

Although sogou input method is very practical, there are too many computer pop-up windows. If you want to prohibit the pop-up of various sogou input method windows, you can set them according to the above method.
