Who is kind, Aquarius or Pisces?

According to my experience of dealing with colleagues of these two constellations almost every day during the period of 12, it should be: Pisces is kind on the surface, stingy on the inside, generous when things go wrong, and good at talking. Aquarius is indifferent on the surface, but full of sympathy on the inside. Be more kind to people you know.
