Poetry reading about mental health is urgently needed.

I'm not interested in your career,

I just want to know why you are suffering,

I just want to know if you dare to dream of realizing your deepest desire.

I'm not interested in your age,

I just want to know if you dare to risk being a fool,

For love, for your dreams, for living.

I'm not interested in your horoscope,

I just want to know if you touched a sad heart,

Does the betrayal of life tear your bloody heart,

Or you shrink back and close in fear because you are afraid of pain;

I just want to know if you can stand the pain and sit quietly,

Whether it's yours or mine,

Instead of escaping, not whitewashing, not busy solving;

I just want to know if you can sit quietly next to joy,

Whether it's yours or mine,

Can you dance wildly and let ecstasy occupy every finger and toe?

I didn't tell myself to be cautious and realistic.

I am not interested in whether the story you told me is true or not.

I just want to know that if you dare to let others down, you can really not be afraid of yourself.

Do you dare to endure the accusation of betrayal without betraying your own soul?

Do you dare to betray your beliefs and be truly trustworthy?

I just want to know whether you can see the beauty in every experience and get the source of life from it.

Even if life is not smooth every day;

I just want to know if you can face failure calmly,

Whether it's yours or mine,

Still standing by the sea, shouting at the silver full moon: Yes!

I'm not interested in your residence or wealth,

I just want to know whether you will get up after a night of sadness, despair, fatigue and pain.

But with your vitality, in order to raise your children, for your career;

I'm not interested in how much I resent you and how painful you are. 、,

I just want to know if you can stay with me.

Standing in the middle of the burning flame, the phoenix is nirvana;

I am not interested in where you live or who you are with.

I just want to know

When all external things deviate and disappear, is there anything in your heart that can support you?

I just want to know if you can be with your heart,

In the endless emptiness, is this really the only way?
