Bear-infested wilderness continent

The Wild Bear is an animated film directed by Shao and voiced by Zhang Wei and Tan Xiao. It was released in Chinese mainland on February 1.

The film tells: A magical "wild continent" has been newly opened near Xiongling. People can freely transform into various animals through genetic technology and enjoy unparalleled freedom and happiness.

Logger Vick, whose tour guide career was frustrated, mistakenly teamed up with mysterious people Lotte and Xiong Er to participate in the rich prize-winning competition in the park, but was betrayed by teammate Lotte. When he finally won the championship through hardships, he unexpectedly found a shocking conspiracy hidden in the wild mainland.

The shape-shifting animals in the competition have a strange animalization that threatens everyone. Therefore, Logger Vick and two bears stepped forward again and saved the crisis.

Compared with the previous series, the story told in Wild Continent has reached a new height in independence and integrity. In 100 minutes, the timing of the transition was accurately stuck, and there was no problem that the previous films ended in an anticlimactic way.

The small burden of ambush in the early stage of the plot and the reversal design in the plot may have been guessed by the adult audience long ago, but it is still fresh to the children's audience. The film introduces a large number of animal characters, and even if many characters have few appearances, they fully mobilize and stimulate the imagination of children's audiences.

The shortcoming of the film is that it tells family stories and parent-child stories, and it is still a single-line narrative rather than a multi-line narrative.
