Hiroshi Sugimoto has always been famous as a photographer. His works, such as Perspective Gallery, Portrait, Theater and Seascape, all challenge our existing photographic expression knowledge. He condensed themes with vertical depth such as time, life and history into two-dimensional images. In The Origin of Art, Hiroshi Sugimoto explained in detail the story and process of his new work "The Discharge Field", which used the image of lightning to connect the creation of images with the beginning of life on earth. 1948 was born in Hamamachi, Tokyo [now Taitung]. His family is Yinmei, a well-run beauty product company in Ginza, and his father is an amateur linguist.
